Individual

I work with adult individuals or teens 13+ in weekly sessions that are 50-55 minutes. A limited number of every other week sessions are available. 

  • Insurance accepted: Oregon Health Plan (CareOregon & Open Card)

  • Cash pay clients: $150/hour. Sliding scale of $90-150 offered for those with limited income.

Couples or Relationship

Relationships can be romantic (couple or partners) or family relationships (siblings, parent-child, extended family). Therapy sessions are 50-55 minutes, every week or every other week.

  • Insurance accepted: Oregon Health Plan (CareOregon & Open Card)

  • Cash pay clients: $175/hour. Sliding scale of $90-150 offered for those with limited income.

Coaching

I help clients develop skills, uncover patterns, and brainstorm solutions to problems and challenges in the workplace. Client work can include clarifying expectations, changing communication patterns, getting ready for hard conversations, and moving with more authenticity in the workplace.

  • Cash pay clients: $175/hour
